West Jakarta Satpol PP Intensifies Monitoring in Business Places

West Jakarta Satpol PP continued to monitor several business places in the Transitional Large-scale Social Restrictions (PSBB) period.

During Transitional PSBB period, we must intensify our monitoring

Monitoring was carried out to ensure all business places to comply with health protocols in order to prevent Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19) transmission.

West Jakarta Satpol PP Head, Tamo Sijabat conveyed, monitoring in Transitional PSBB period is similar with the previous PSBB. The difference is, restaurants and workshop are only allowed to operate in the Transitional PSBB period as long as they implement health protocols.

"During Transitional PSBB period, we must intensify our monitoring. Personnel should make sure to count number of people in one space. Those who violate will be sanctioned," he asserted, Monday (6/8).

His side also made sure to socialize the public regarding monitoring that will be intensified during Transitional PSBB period as regulated in Gubernatorial Regulation (Pergub) No. 51/2020 concerning PSBB Monitoring in the Transition Period towards a Healthy, Safe, and Productive Community.

"Around 300 personnel are deployed in a day to work in 3 shifts," he conveyed.
